How does Mersa choose which fixes to do first for a Bali clinic?
Mersa takes the ranked list from your Marketing Audit and picks up to six of the top technical fixes. You get that list and approve it in writing before anything is changed. The fixes come from your own audit, and none of them adds medical advice, testimonials, "best" claims or promotions to your listings.
What happens if our website developer needs to make one of the changes?
Mersa writes the specification and your developer does the work. The fix still counts as delivered. This happens most with website changes on a platform Mersa cannot access, and with booking tools that need a paid plan, which your business buys. Mersa never pays for your tools, and everything stays in your name.
What exactly does Mersa check again thirty days after Implementation ends?
Thirty days after the handover, Mersa asks five of your audit's customer questions again in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, checks the views on your Google Business Profile, and sends you a two-line update. Answers from AI assistants change over time, so this is a dated check of where you stand, not a promise about future results.
Can our Bali studio keep using its own team for posts during Implementation?
Yes. Implementation does not include filming or editing video, designing your posts or ads, posting content, or replying to DMs. The work is the agreed technical fixes: the Google profile, review replies, the booking path, WhatsApp Business, the website basics and the listings. Your team keeps making and posting its content, and Marketing Direction is a separate monthly service if you later want it directed.
How does the written handover help our team keep the fixes working afterwards?
On day ten Mersa sends a one-page record of the results, built from dated screenshots taken before each change and after it, with what to watch over the next 30 days. A 15-minute handover call walks your team through it, and the five review reply templates stay with them for the reviews that come in next.
