How quickly does Mersa reply to a WhatsApp message or email?
Mersa usually replies within one working day. WhatsApp is the fastest route and is where most conversations begin; email to contact@mersa.biz reaches the same two people. The studio operates from Bali on UTC+8, so a message sent overnight from Europe or the Americas is normally answered before the working day begins there. No call centre and no ticket queue exists.
Do you work with businesses outside Bali, or only local clients?
Villas, guesthouses and clinics in Bali are the two niches Mersa knows deeply, and the majority of the work sits there. Clients elsewhere are taken, as the studio works remotely and bills in USD. Businesses of a different kind, or those based outside Bali, are invited to message, and an honest assessment of fit is given rather than the work being taken regardless.
Is the first message to Mersa really free, with no sales pitch?
Yes. The first message costs nothing, commits to nothing, and requires neither a card nor a booked call. A reply is sent, a few questions are asked where the situation is unclear, and paid work is only suggested where something is genuinely worth paying for. Where the honest answer is that Mersa is not yet needed, that is what is said.
What happens after I message Mersa on WhatsApp about my business?
A reply arrives from Mina or Saeed rather than an account manager, followed by a short exchange establishing what is actually needed. The decision then rests with the enquirer: action it internally, bring Mersa in for the full audit at a flat $350, or leave it there. Nothing is booked, invoiced or scheduled until instruction is given.
