Marketing Services That Get You Found and Chosen.

Two tracks. Start on either one. Get found, then get chosen. Most people still start with the audit, because that is what tells us which parts of either track you actually need.

Four Ways to Get Found.

Marketing Audit

  • Search visibility
  • AI assistants
  • Social and content
  • Reviews

One week, one written fix list, ranked by what is costing you most. It ends in a document, not a retainer: action it yourself, hand it to your team, or bring us back for the parts you would rather not do. Dental practices: SEO for dentists.

Website Design and Build

  • Structure
  • Speed
  • Copy
  • Direct bookings

Most sites we replace look fine and rank nowhere: nothing underneath them tells a search engine what the business is. We rebuild the structure, the copy and the speed, and point the whole thing at a direct booking.

Local and AI Search Visibility

  • Google Business Profile
  • Listings
  • Structured data
  • llms.txt

Your Google Business Profile, every listing that disagrees with it, and the structured data an assistant needs to read your site. The audit says which of the three is actually broken before anyone touches it.

Reviews and Reputation

  • Replies
  • A repeatable ask
  • Surfacing
  • No gating
  • No incentives

The reviews you have, answered. The next ones asked for the same way every time, and both surfaced where a stranger actually looks. No gating, no incentives, and for an AHPRA-regulated practice, no testimonial on your own site.

Three Ways to Get Chosen.

Content and Social Audit

  • Grid
  • Bio and links
  • Posting rhythm
  • Hooks

Your grid, bio, posting rhythm and hooks are read inside the marketing audit, in the same week. There is no separate social audit and no second invoice for one.

Content Strategy Sprint

  • Pillars
  • Hook library
  • 30-post plan
  • Shot list
  • A month of captions

Two weeks. Pillars, a hook library, a thirty-post plan, a shot list, and your bio and link architecture, written so your team can film and post it without us. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us again.

Content System, Run Monthly

  • Planning
  • Captions
  • Scheduling
  • Replies
  • Monthly report

The sprint's plan, executed: planning, captions, scheduling and replies inside working hours, across Instagram, TikTok and your Google Business Profile. You get a report every month, including the months nothing moved. In Bali we can also send a photographer on an on-location content day.

One List.
Then the Work.

  1. The Audit

Finds the problems in both tracks and ranks them.

  2. Get Found

The site, the listings and the structure that lets an AI assistant read you.

  3. Get Chosen

Content, social and the reviews a stranger reads before deciding to message you.

That is the whole reason we lead with an audit instead of a proposal.

Four Reasons to Hire Somebody Else.

Two people, one calendar. Better now than month two.

You Are Not a Villa or a Clinic

Everything above is sharpened on two markets. Outside them you would get a competent generic audit, which a generalist does better and cheaper.

You Want a Ranking Promised Up Front

Nobody can promise a position. The audit tells you what is broken and what it would take to fix, not where you will land.

You Want a Follower Count Promised

The same answer, in the second track. Nobody can promise followers, views or reach. We promise a plan, a rhythm and work that ships on time.

You Want to Hand It Over and Forget It

We keep it small so you always talk to the people doing the work, and that cuts both ways. We need your photos, prices and answers within the week.

The Studio

Two people. One studio.

We are Mersa, a two-person studio in Bali. We handle brand, web and content ourselves, and keep it small on purpose, so you always talk to the people doing the work.

Ask Us Directly
Can I hire Mersa for just one service instead of the whole list?

Yes. Every service on this page is scoped and priced individually, and nothing is sold as a bundle or a package requiring purchase in order to obtain one piece. A statement of which service is wanted receives a quote for that service alone. Most clients do add pieces over time, though each addition is a separate decision at a separate price.

Do I have to hire Mersa for both tracks, or can I start with one?

No. The two tracks are scoped and priced separately, and many clients only ever purchase one. A villa with a full calendar and a dead Instagram begins on the content side; a clinic nobody can find begins on search. The $350 audit reads both halves within the same week, which is what establishes the one actually costing money. Purchase of the second is a later decision and never a condition of the first.

Do I have to buy the marketing audit before you build a website?

No. The $350 audit is not a prerequisite, and Mersa may be engaged for a website or content without one. Most clients begin there regardless, for two reasons: it establishes which of these services are actually required, and it permits the remainder to be quoted against measured findings rather than a guess. Skipping it usually produces a wider quote range.

How is the price of a website build decided if it is not listed here?

Website builds are quoted after the audit, because a five-page site and a twenty-page site are not the same job. Once the size of the site, the state of the Google Business Profile and listings, and the volume of copy requiring writing are visible, the work in front of us is priced. The quote is a fixed figure rather than an hourly rate, and it does not move mid-build.

What happens if I already have a website, does it need a full rebuild?

Most clients already hold one, and replacement is usually unnecessary. The audit establishes whether the existing site requires a rebuild or a handful of fixes, and more often the answer is fixes: page titles, speed, structure, and the content determining whether a page ranks or is quoted by an AI assistant. Those appear on the fix list as individual items actionable without Mersa.

What marketing services does Mersa not offer, like paid ads or logo design?

Mersa does not design logos or brand identities, does not manage a property or a clinic day to day, and does not run advertising as a standalone service. Paid social exists in one place only, within the $1,800 a month full management tier described on the content and social page. Photography occurs on Bali shoot days and nowhere else. Outside that, the position is stated and a referral elsewhere is given.

Do you work with businesses outside villas and dental clinics in Bali?

Villas, guesthouses and clinics are Mersa's two niches, chosen because a two-person studio can know only a few industries properly, and that focus is what permits the specific failures in each to be named. Other businesses are not ruled out. A message describing the business receives an honest assessment of fit, and a referral elsewhere where the fit is absent.

Who actually does the work at Mersa, the founders or a subcontracted team?

Mina and Saeed, the two people who constitute the studio. Mersa has no account managers, no junior handover after signing and no offshore subcontracting; brand, web and content are performed in-house in Bali. A specialist is brought in only where a project genuinely requires one, and that is disclosed when it happens. The people replying to a message are the people performing the work.

Start With the Audit.

It is the fastest way to find out which parts of either track you need, and it reads both halves in the same week for the same $350.
