Can I hire Mersa for just one service instead of the whole list?
Yes. Every service on this page is scoped and priced individually, and nothing is sold as a bundle or a package requiring purchase in order to obtain one piece. A statement of which service is wanted receives a quote for that service alone. Most clients do add pieces over time, though each addition is a separate decision at a separate price.
Do I have to hire Mersa for both tracks, or can I start with one?
No. The two tracks are scoped and priced separately, and many clients only ever purchase one. A villa with a full calendar and a dead Instagram begins on the content side; a clinic nobody can find begins on search. The $350 audit reads both halves within the same week, which is what establishes the one actually costing money. Purchase of the second is a later decision and never a condition of the first.
Do I have to buy the marketing audit before you build a website?
No. The $350 audit is not a prerequisite, and Mersa may be engaged for a website or content without one. Most clients begin there regardless, for two reasons: it establishes which of these services are actually required, and it permits the remainder to be quoted against measured findings rather than a guess. Skipping it usually produces a wider quote range.
How is the price of a website build decided if it is not listed here?
Website builds are quoted after the audit, because a five-page site and a twenty-page site are not the same job. Once the size of the site, the state of the Google Business Profile and listings, and the volume of copy requiring writing are visible, the work in front of us is priced. The quote is a fixed figure rather than an hourly rate, and it does not move mid-build.
What happens if I already have a website, does it need a full rebuild?
Most clients already hold one, and replacement is usually unnecessary. The audit establishes whether the existing site requires a rebuild or a handful of fixes, and more often the answer is fixes: page titles, speed, structure, and the content determining whether a page ranks or is quoted by an AI assistant. Those appear on the fix list as individual items actionable without Mersa.
What marketing services does Mersa not offer, like paid ads or logo design?
Mersa does not design logos or brand identities, does not manage a property or a clinic day to day, and does not run advertising as a standalone service. Paid social exists in one place only, within the $1,800 a month full management tier described on the content and social page. Photography occurs on Bali shoot days and nowhere else. Outside that, the position is stated and a referral elsewhere is given.
Do you work with businesses outside villas and dental clinics in Bali?
Villas, guesthouses and clinics are Mersa's two niches, chosen because a two-person studio can know only a few industries properly, and that focus is what permits the specific failures in each to be named. Other businesses are not ruled out. A message describing the business receives an honest assessment of fit, and a referral elsewhere where the fit is absent.
Who actually does the work at Mersa, the founders or a subcontracted team?
Mina and Saeed, the two people who constitute the studio. Mersa has no account managers, no junior handover after signing and no offshore subcontracting; brand, web and content are performed in-house in Bali. A specialist is brought in only where a project genuinely requires one, and that is disclosed when it happens. The people replying to a message are the people performing the work.
