Mersa is Mina and Saeed, and that is the whole company. We are a registered Indonesian company in Denpasar, Bali. We sell one thing first: a flat $350 marketing audit of your search, listings, reviews and social, written in a week.
Who Mersa Actually Is.
Mersa, in One Paragraph
Mersa is a two-person brand, web and content studio in Denpasar, Bali, registered in Indonesia as PT Mersa Business Consulting. It works with hospitality and healthcare businesses in Bali and Australia on search visibility, websites, local listings, reviews and social content. The two people are Mina and Saeed, and they do the work themselves.
Not an agency with account managers between you and the work, and not a brand name over a network of freelancers. Two named people, one registered company, one invoice.

Social Media Strategy Specialist. She runs strategy, short-form video, paid social and monthly reporting for hospitality, food and drink, and lifestyle brands.

What Two People Means in Practice
Mina builds the strategy and signs off every post. Saeed writes the audit and does the technical work. Neither of us hands your account to somebody you have not met.
On shoot days in Bali, a photographer we work with comes to the property. That is the one part another person touches, and we name it rather than let you find out.
You get one point of contact and one invoice. The trade is real: a two-person studio takes fewer clients at once.
So the answer to a badly timed request is sometimes a date rather than a yes.

What Being Here Buys You
Bali is where we live, so a villa, a retreat or a clinic here gets someone who can stand in the building. It is also why the shoot days exist at all.
Working from Denpasar is what lets Mersa charge a flat $350 for the audit and hold a monthly rate with no lock-in.
Costs here are lower, and the saving goes into the price rather than the margin.
What It Costs You
We are not in Australia and we will not pretend otherwise. There is no Australian office, no Australian phone number, and no local address on this site.
Bali runs on UTC+8, which puts us two to three hours behind the Australian east coast. A message sent in your morning is answered in ours, on the same day.

Day one we take read access to your site, listings and social. Day five a draft, day six your revisions, day seven the final fix list and a walkthrough call.
You Own the Fix List
Every item carries an impact, an effort estimate and an owner, and roughly half of them say you. Those are yours to action without us.
Anything Further Is Quoted
Against the named items on that list, never against a retainer. Where the list is short enough to do alone, that is what we tell you.
