Getting Found Is Half.
Getting Chosen Is the Job.
They find you, then they check your grid. We plan, write and run Instagram, TikTok and Google Business Profile posts for villas, clinics and F&B in Bali. We will not promise you reach, and we will say when a month has nothing worth posting.

They Found You. Then They Kept Scrolling.

The grid stopped matching the business
The profile still shows the room you renovated two years ago, the menu you changed, the treatment you no longer offer. Everything on it was true once.

Nothing on the profile points anywhere
No location, no hours, no booking link, or a link-in-bio that 404s. The person was ready to book and had nowhere to go.

The posts stopped, and the silence is the message
A profile whose last post is eleven months old reads as closed. Nobody messages an account to ask whether it is still running.
The Same Profile, Before and After the Work.
What Social Media Management in Bali Actually Means.
Found
Whether you turn up at all when somebody goes looking for a business like yours.
- Search visibility where you rank, and why you don't
- AI assistant visibility what ChatGPT and Gemini say about you
- Social and content whether your grid still points to booking
- Reviews and reputation what people praise, what they warn about
Chosen
What a stranger sees in the ten seconds after they find you, and whether it makes them message.
- The first screen the nine posts that decide it
- Hooks and captions the first two seconds of every post
- A posting rhythm you can keep weekly, not daily, and sustainable
- Instagram, TikTok and Google posts one plan across all three
Most own one of the two, and call it the whole job.
Your Grid, Read the Way a Stranger Reads It.
What the audit looks at when it looks at a profile
Five things, in the order a stranger meets them.
- The first screen nobody scrolls past it
- The bio the only place you say where you are and what you sell
- The links a booking with nowhere to land is not a booking
- The rhythm a gap says more than a post does
- The hook two seconds of video, or the first line of a caption
Two Numbers, Both of Them Published.
- Content pillars and a hook library
- A thirty‑post plan and a shot list
- Bio and link architecture, rewritten
- One month of captions, written for you
- Planning, captions and scheduling
- Community replies, inside working hours
- Instagram, TikTok and Google Business Profile posts
- A monthly report, including the months nothing moved
There is a third tier, and most people should not buy it
Full management is $1,800 USD a month, taken by application, because we can run very few at once.
- What it adds the calendar, the direct messages, paid social and the reporting
- Who it suits nobody on your side to hand work to
- Who it does not the $900 system does the same job for half
Prices are in US dollars, which is how we bill every client. Ad spend is not included and is not something we mark up.
Somebody Comes to You and Shoots It.

On-Location Content Days
Mina builds the strategy and signs off every post. On shoot days a photographer we work with in Bali comes to you, and you have one point of contact and one invoice.
- Price
- $375 a day
- Timeline
- Edited in a week
- You get
- Stills and video
Outside Bali there is no shoot day. We work from what you can film yourself, and we tell you that before you pay.
How the Content Work Actually Starts.
-
You Send Your Handles
Send us your business name and the accounts you actually run. That is everything we need before the sprint starts.
-
The Audit's Content Half
Social and content is one of the four areas in the $350 audit, alongside a competitor content gap. You can stop there and act on it yourself.
-
The Strategy Sprint
Two weeks to decide what you post and why, ending in a plan, a shot list and a month of captions. Film it yourself from here if that suits you.
-
Run It Monthly
We execute the plan and report on it each month. Month to month, so the work has to keep being worth renewing. You can stop at the end of any of them.
The Posts a Generic Agency Will Make Anyway.
| What we will not post | Why, and who carries it |
|---|---|
| Patient testimonials, including reposted stories and tagged reviews | Prohibited for regulated health services; the practitioner carries the liability |
| Before-and-after treatment imagery | Restricted as creating unrealistic expectations, and it is the most common dental format |
| Superlatives with nothing behind them | No "best in Bali" or "number one" unless there is a source we can point at |
| Invented review screenshots or any fabricated social proof | We do not mock up a business that does not exist, yours or anyone else's |
| Follower, reach or view promises, from us either | Those are outcomes. Nobody can guarantee one, so nobody honest sells one |
Health rows follow AHPRA's advertising guidelines, checked 2026-08-03. This is how we write, not legal advice.
Content Reads Differently in Each of These Two.

Two people. One studio.
We are Mersa, a two-person studio in Bali. We handle brand, web and content ourselves, and keep it small on purpose, so you always talk to the people doing the work.
The Questions We Get Most.

Ask Us DirectlyHow much does social media management cost per month for a business in Bali?
Mersa publishes two figures for social media management in Bali: a $650 USD content strategy sprint charged once, and a $900 USD monthly content system carrying no setup fee and no minimum term. A larger full management tier exists at $1,800 USD a month, by application only. On-location shoot days are separate again, at $375 per day. Ad spend is never included in any of them and is never marked up.
What does a content strategy sprint actually deliver, and how long does it take?
The content strategy sprint is a one-time $650 USD piece delivering content pillars, a hook library, a thirty-post plan, a shot list, bio and link architecture, and one month of written captions. Roughly two weeks are required. Filming and posting then remain with the client or the client's team, and nothing renews afterwards. Where execution of the plan is preferred, that is the monthly system and a separate decision.
Do I have to post every day for social media management to work?
No. Mersa builds a posting rhythm that can be maintained, which for most villas and clinics is two or three posts a week rather than something daily. A schedule nobody can sustain stops within a month, and the gap that follows does more damage than the lower frequency ever would. A month containing nothing worth posting is also declared rather than filled.
Who writes the captions, and does a photographer come to my property in Bali?
Mina builds the strategy and signs off every post, captions included. On shoot days a photographer Mersa works with in Bali attends the property, for a half day or a full day. A single point of contact and a single invoice apply. Outside Bali no shoot day exists at all: the work proceeds from what the client can film, and that is stated before any payment is made.
Can a dental or medical clinic use social content without breaking advertising rules?
Yes, within limits Mersa writes to rather than around. No patient testimonials, no reposted reviews, no before-and-after treatment imagery and no superlatives without evidence, because AHPRA restricts all four and the registered practitioner carries the liability. Content for a clinic is the room, the team, the process and the aftercare, never the result. Where a post requires one of those four things to function, it is not made.
Does Mersa run paid social ads as part of the monthly content system?
No. The $900 USD monthly content system covers planning, captions, scheduling, community replies and a monthly report, and it is organic only. Paid social sits within the full management tier at $1,800 USD a month, where the ad budget itself is billed by the platform, never through Mersa and never marked up. Where paid is the entire reason for the enquiry, early notice is appreciated.
What happens if the content does not perform after a few months of posting?
The arrangement stops. The monthly content system carries no setup fee, no minimum term and no lock-in, so it ends at the close of any month and everything already produced remains the client's. Follower counts, reach and view numbers are never promised, because none of them are Mersa's to guarantee. The monthly report states what was published and what changed, including the months in which nothing moved.
