What you already have planned becomes part of the month's plan, which we agree with you and your team before writing the briefs. Mersa reviews the drafts and sends fix notes within one working day, and your team makes and posts the work. Direction includes up to four briefs a month at IDR 12,000,000, and Direction Plus up to eight.
How does Mersa direct clinic content without giving medical advice?
Mersa directs the marketing work, never treatments or medical care, and gives no medical advice. For clinics in Indonesia, every brief stays inside the health advertising rules of Permenkes 1787/2010 and the doctors’ ethics code: no testimonials, no "best" or "only", no comparisons with other clinics, no discounts or promotions and no medical claims. The clinic keeps every professional and regulatory decision.
Which channels does Mersa check during a normal month of marketing direction?
Mersa checks your Google profile, website, reviews and Instagram every two weeks. Once a month we also put ten customer questions to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini and record which businesses they name. The one-page scorecard then reports Google profile views and actions, booking or WhatsApp enquiries, reviews and replies, content published against the briefs, and how often the assistants name your business.
What does the three-month minimum mean for a monthly direction agreement?
3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. Invoiced monthly in advance by PT Mersa Business Consulting, in rupiah. After the first three months Marketing Direction continues month to month until either side gives 30 days' notice. The plans, briefs and scorecards are yours to keep, and any work outside the agreed plan, such as an extra brief, is agreed with you before it is invoiced.
