Fill your Bali clinic with patients who find you first.

Patients pick a clinic before they ever call. They go on what they find on Google, on your reviews, on how the clinic looks when they scroll it, and now on what an AI assistant tells them.

Three ways a good clinic loses patients it never meets.

A map of clinic location pins with a magnifying glass singling out one, the tooth pin left outside it

Invisible where patients actually search.

Most patients start on Google Maps, then look you up on Instagram before deciding. A clinic that ranks well still loses the patient, because the second place showed them nothing.

Missing from the shortlist everyone trusts.

Ask an AI assistant for the best dentist in Bali and a short list of names comes back. If you are not in the sources it reads, you are not on it.

45%of consumers now use ChatGPT or another AI tool for local business recommendations.BrightLocal, 2026
A review card showing five stars but only two lines of written feedback, under a magnifying glass

A strong rating that still reads as risky.

A perfect score on a handful of reviews does not reassure a stranger, or lift you in Google's ranking. Both read review volume as proof the trust is current.

47%of consumers will not use a business with fewer than 20 reviews.BrightLocal, 2026

Why a 5.0 can lose to a 4.9.

Looks perfect 5.0 60reviews

A flawless score, but on a small sample. To a stranger it reads as luck, or as friends and family, not proof that a busy clinic keeps getting it right week after week.

Wins the patient 4.9 1,300reviews

A fraction lower, but earned across far more people. That volume reads as evidence, and Google's ranking treats it the same way when it decides who to show first.

The higher score loses. A tenth of a star lower, with a thousand more reviews behind it, reads as the safer choice. Volume is trust.

Three steps.
Start wherever you need.

The website

Website

A fast, findable clinic site built to turn a search into a booked appointment, not just a visit that bounces.

Three Things a Clinic Site Cannot Fix.

The Wait for a Reply

A patient flying in messages several clinics in one evening, from a timezone that is not yours. Marketing delivers the message. It cannot answer it.

Prices You Will Not Publish

Patients compare written quotes before they book a flight. A clinic that will not publish an indication is asking a stranger to enquire blind.

What Happens in the Chair

Every review you will ever earn is written about the visit, not about the post that brought them. We can only bring somebody to the door.

Patients Fly In With Australian Expectations.

What the advertising rules restrictWhat that means for what we post
Patient testimonials about regulated health servicesNo reposted patient stories, no review screenshots as posts, no tagged thank-yous turned into content
Before-and-after treatment imageryNo before-and-afters, which removes the single most-used format in dental social
Anything promising an outcomeNo promised results for a patient, and no follower or reach promise from us either

These follow AHPRA's advertising guidelines, checked 2026-08-03. A clinic here treating Australian patients is why this page keeps to them outside Australia. This is how we write, not legal advice.

What One Post Looks Like Either Way.

One post

What decides which clinics an AI assistant names.

A speech bubble above four tiles: structured data, a review star, a location pin and a bar chart

Four things decide the shortlist.

  1. Structured data that tells an assistant what you are, what you treat, and exactly where you are.
  2. Review volume and recency, not just your average score. Plenty of recent reviews read as a clinic that is trusted right now.
  3. Consistent name, address and phone across every listing, so an assistant can trust it is all describing the same clinic.
  4. Content it can actually read, written in plain text it can quote, not locked inside an image or a booking widget.

Get these right and you become the answer, not a link buried below it.

Four steps, start to finish.

Book the week

Send us your clinic name. We confirm the week and the flat $350 before anything starts.

Audit

One week, four areas checked: search, AI visibility, social and reviews. You get a written, ranked fix list.

Build

We design and build the clinic website, wired to turn visits into booked appointments, not just show photos.

Ongoing

A shoot day when the clinic changes, a posting rhythm you can keep, and search work that carries on after launch.

Ask Us Directly
How long until a Bali dental clinic sees results from marketing?

It depends on the starting position. The audit itself is returned one week after access is provided. A new website and ongoing content usually require a few months before appearing clearly in search and AI answers, since ranking and trust accumulate over time rather than overnight. No date is promised, because none can be held honestly.

Do you handle Google reviews for our dental clinic in Bali?

No, and that is not something a clinic should want. Reviews are not written, purchased or managed on a clinic's behalf. What is provided instead is an explanation of why the current review count and reply pattern are working against the clinic, together with a simple and honest method of collecting more genuine reviews from its own patients.

Do you work with dental clinics outside Bali and Southeast Asia?

Bali is where the studio is based and where the market is known best, including the dental tourism and expat patient behaviour that clinics here compete for. Clinics outside Bali are invited to message, and an honest assessment of whether Mersa is a good fit is given in reply. No clinic is taken on where the market is not understood.

Do you implement the fixes for our clinic, or just hand us the audit?

Yes, separately. The audit hands over a ranked fix list that a clinic or its own team can action independently, with no obligation to bring Mersa back. Where the website build, or content and social work is preferred, that is scoped separately once the required fixes have been seen. No pressure is applied in either direction.

Can a Bali dental clinic post patient photos or before-and-afters on Instagram?

A Bali dental clinic should not post patient testimonials or before-and-after treatment images, and Mersa will not produce them. Patients arriving from Australia are covered by AHPRA's advertising guidelines, which restrict both. What is shot instead is the room, the team, the equipment, the process and the aftercare. Where a post only works with a result or a patient's words in it, the answer given is no.

Can Mersa send a photographer to a dental clinic in Bali for a shoot day?

Yes. A photographer Mersa works with in Bali attends the clinic for one day, from $375 USD, or $550 with the edit and caption pack. Mina builds the strategy and signs off every post, so a single point of contact and a single invoice apply. Delivery occurs within a week. Shoot days are Bali only, and clinics outside Indonesia are not flown to.

Find out what's sending patients elsewhere.

Send us your clinic name. We spend a week on what patients and AI assistants find when they look for you, and hand back a ranked fix list.
