Twenty-six reviews against neighbours holding hundreds
A 4.8 average is genuinely strong. On twenty-six reviews it reads as untested.
Every villa above it in the chart is winning on volume alone, and volume is the one thing guests can compare at a glance.
Finding 03 - Direct booking
Every platform booking costs a cut already earned
Published platform commission runs roughly 15 to 25 percent, with the Airbnb host-only model around 15.5 percent.
A direct channel can be priced 5 to 10 percent under the platform rate and still return more per night, while keeping the guest details.
