Fill your Bali clinic with patients who find you first.
Patients pick a clinic before they ever call.
They go on what they find on Google, on your reviews, on how the clinic looks when they scroll it, and now on what an AI assistant tells them.
A free three-page audit of what a patient finds first. Not a sales call.
Opens WhatsApp. Rather email? contact@mersa.biz
Three ways a good clinic loses patients it never meets.
None of these are about your dentistry.
They are about being found and trusted first.

Invisible where patients actually search.
Most patients start on Google Maps, then look you up on Instagram before deciding. A clinic that ranks well still loses the patient, because the second place showed them nothing.

Missing from the shortlist everyone trusts.
Ask an AI assistant for the best dentist in Bali and a short list of names comes back. If you are not in the sources it reads, you are not on it.

A strong rating that still reads as risky.
A perfect score on a handful of reviews does not reassure a stranger, or lift you in Google's ranking. Both read review volume as proof the trust is current.
Why a 5.0 can lose to a 4.9.
A pattern we see over and over while auditing clinics, not any one clinic's result.
A flawless score, but on a small sample. To a stranger it reads as luck, or as friends and family, not proof that a busy clinic keeps getting it right week after week.
A fraction lower, but earned across far more people. That volume reads as evidence, and Google's ranking treats it the same way when it decides who to show first.
The higher score loses. A tenth of a star lower, with a thousand more reviews behind it, reads as the safer choice. Volume is trust.
Three steps.
Start wherever you need.
You do not have to do everything at once.
Most clinics start with the audit.

Patients Fly In With Australian Expectations.
Clinic advertising is regulated.
Most clinic content is written as though it is not.
| What the advertising rules restrict | What that means for what we post |
|---|---|
| Patient testimonials about regulated health services | No reposted patient stories, no review screenshots as posts, no tagged thank-yous turned into content |
| Before-and-after treatment imagery | No before-and-afters, which removes the single most-used format in dental social |
| Anything promising an outcome | No promised results for a patient, and no follower or reach promise from us either |
These follow AHPRA's advertising guidelines, checked 2026-08-03. A clinic here treating Australian patients is why this page keeps to them outside Australia. This is how we write, not legal advice.
A generic agency posts the before-and-after because it performs. The registered practitioner carries the consequence, not the agency.
Compliance stays yours, and we will not claim we assume it. We write so it is not put at risk, and say no to a post that needs one of the things above.
The full list of what we will not post is on the content and social page.
What One Post Looks Like Either Way.
Switch it. The generic version is the one to take down.
What decides which clinics an AI assistant names.
Only a handful of clinics come back.
Four things decide which.

Four things decide the shortlist.
- Structured data that tells an assistant what you are, what you treat, and exactly where you are.
- Review volume and recency, not just your average score. Plenty of recent reviews read as a clinic that is trusted right now.
- Consistent name, address and phone across every listing, so an assistant can trust it is all describing the same clinic.
- Content it can actually read, written in plain text it can quote, not locked inside an image or a booking widget.
Get these right and you become the answer, not a link buried below it.
Four steps, start to finish.
No lock-in at any stage.
You see the findings before you commit.
Free audit
A short three page written audit of what patients and AI assistants find when they look for your clinic. No cost, no obligation.
Audit
One week, four areas checked: search, AI visibility, social and reviews. You get a written, ranked fix list.
Build
We design and build the clinic website, wired to turn visits into booked appointments, not just show photos.
Ongoing
A shoot day when the clinic changes, a posting rhythm you can keep, and search work that carries on after launch.
Two people. One studio.
We are Mersa, a two-person studio in Bali. We handle brand, web and content ourselves, and keep it small on purpose, so you always talk to the people doing the work.
Our studio in Bali
Before you ask.
The short answers to what clinic owners ask before their first message.
How long until a Bali dental clinic sees results from marketing?
It depends where you start. The free audit and the full audit come back within days to a week. A new website and ongoing content usually take a few months to show up clearly in search and AI answers, since ranking and trust build over time rather than overnight.
Do you handle Google reviews for our dental clinic in Bali?
No, and you would not want us to. We do not write, buy or manage reviews on your behalf. What we do is show you why your current review count and reply pattern are working against you, then give you a simple, honest way to collect more genuine reviews from your own patients.
Do you work with dental clinics outside Bali and Southeast Asia?
Bali is where we are based and where we know the market best, including the dental tourism and expat patient behaviour clinics here compete for. If you are a clinic outside Bali, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.
Do you implement the fixes for our clinic, or just hand us the audit?
Yes, separately. The free audit and the full audit hand you a fix list you or your team can action on your own. If you would rather we build the website or run content and social, we scope that separately after you have seen exactly what needs fixing. There is no pressure either way.
Can a Bali dental clinic post patient photos or before-and-afters on Instagram?
A Bali dental clinic should not post patient testimonials or before-and-after treatment images, and Mersa will not produce them. Patients arriving from Australia are covered by AHPRA's advertising guidelines, which restrict both. What we shoot instead is the room, the team, the equipment, the process and the aftercare. If a post only works with a result or a patient's words in it, we say no.
Can Mersa send a photographer to a dental clinic in Bali for a shoot day?
Yes. A photographer we work with in Bali comes to the clinic for one day, from $375 USD, or $550 with the edit and caption pack. Mina builds the strategy and signs off every post, so you have one point of contact and one invoice. Everything is delivered inside a week. Shoot days are Bali only, and we do not fly to clinics outside Indonesia.
